Jiangsu Guowang Hi-Tech Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guowang Hi-Tech) was established in 2008 and is located in Meiyan Industrial Concentration Zone, Pingwang Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Since the establishment, the company always regards the “innovative fiber technology” as the development foundation, takes the world-class chemical fiber enterprise as the development objective and continuously increases the independent research and development and self-independent innovation. Now it has become the backbone leading enterprise in the field of differentiated chemical fiber in China.

Guowang Hi-Tech is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sale of civil polyester filament yarn, and the products cover POY, FDY, DTY and other series. It has seven subsidiaries, including Suzhou Shenghong Fiber Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Zhonglu Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Ganghong Fiber Co., Ltd. The annual production capacity of polyester filament series of the company can reach 2,100,000 tons, and the differentiation rate of product reaches 91%. The production capacity of main products ranks in the forefront of the industry, among which DTY capacity ranks first in China.

After more than ten years of development, the company has successively won the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise, National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise and National Chemical Industry Standardization Leading Unit, and owns the National Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu Functional Differential Fiber Engineering Technology Research Center and Suzhou Green Fiber Technology Research Institute. In 2019, “Jiangsu New Horizon Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center” led by Guowang Hi-Tech and Donghua University was officially approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, becoming the 13th national innovation center in China, which is the first national innovation center in Jiangsu Province and the first national innovation center led by private enterprise in China.

Guowang Hi-Tech always adheres to the development concept of “no conventional products, no repeated construction, and no conventional process route”, and establishes a high-level R&D team, forming a huge technical advantages in the field of differentiated fiber. Through independent research and development, the company has successfully developed the first “memory fiber” professional production line in the world, becoming the world’s largest supplier of full dull series fiber, “cationic polyester composite” and multiple-component composite fibers, and also the world’s largest microfiber supplier; it has broken the monopoly of foreign enterprises on PTT core technology, and has complete independent intellectual property right, world’s leading renewable resources PTT polyester and fiber industry chain; it also dominated the formulation of ISO18066 international standard to realize zero breakthrough in chemical fiber industry of China; it is committed to the intellectual transformation of chemical fiber production line, independently developed the first production intelligent logistics system in chemical fiber industry; in recent years, the company won the “Pilot Enterprise of Informatization and Industrialization” of Jiangsu Province and the national “Pilot Demonstration Project of Intelligent Manufacturing”.

Currently, the products of Guowang Hi-Tech include super bright, semi dull, full dull, cation, cationic polyester composite, H400, SSY, CEY, sea-island, antibacterial, colored, flame retardant, super cotton like and various functional differentiated fibers, and the fiber varieties cover all categories of PET, PBT or PTT materials, such as POY, DTY, FDY, ITY and DT. The differentiated varieties of product are classified into more than 100 kinds, which cover 100% of the differentiated products in the market and are at the leading position in the whole industry.

“Green development, and ecology first”. In 2017, Guowang Hi-Tech was successfully selected into the first batch of national “green factories”. Based on the industrial green cycle planning and exploration of the green fiber mode of biomass and recyclable renewable materials, the company starts with a broader perspective, a more comprehensive field and a more critical link to construct a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, forming a virtuous cycle production mode and striving to become an international leading green fiber production base.
